ORDERS

Adding an item to your cart or completing checkout is an offer to purchase the item. It does not mean that we have accepted your order.

A contract is formed when we accept your order by sending you a dispatch confirmation email.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch. If payment has already been collected, we will provide a full refund.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

• An item is out of stock

• There is an error in the price or product information

• We cannot process or verify the payment

• The delivery address is incomplete or invalid

• We reasonably believe the order is fraudulent or not genuine

Stock is limited. Displaying an item on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cancellation may not be possible once the order has entered processing or fulfilment.

PRICES

We are not currently registered for GST, so GST is not added to our prices.

You may choose to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

PRODUCTS

Our pieces are imitation jewellery inspired by Indian heritage and design.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, our jewellery may include gold-toned, silver-toned or rose gold-toned finishes over base metal, with imitation stones and pearl-look detailing.

Our products do not contain solid gold, sterling silver, precious gemstones or semi-precious gemstones unless this is expressly stated on the relevant product page.

References such as “emerald-look”, “ruby-toned”, “polki-style” or “pearl-look” describe the appearance, colour or design style of the item. They do not describe the material from which the item is made unless expressly stated otherwise.

Many of our pieces are handcrafted. Small variations in stone placement, colour, shape or finish may occur and are part of the nature of handcrafted jewellery. These variations are not necessarily faults.

Product photographs are representative of the item. We aim to display each piece accurately, but colours and details may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and lighting.

PAYMENT

Payment is collected at checkout using the payment methods displayed on the website.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not directly collect or store your complete payment-card details.

Your order may not be accepted if payment cannot be authorised or verified.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
