We ship orders from Sydney, Australia.
We currently deliver to addresses within Australia only.
Our current delivery charges are:
Orders of $100 or more: Free standard shipping
Orders under $100: $11 standard shipping
Express shipping: $15 for any order
All prices are in Australian dollars.
The order value used to determine free shipping is the amount payable after any discounts have been applied and before shipping charges are added.
We aim to dispatch orders within two to three business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During busy sale, festive or public holiday periods, dispatch may take longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay affecting your order.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Orders are generally delivered through Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Standard shipping: Generally two to eight business days
Express shipping: Generally one to three business days
Delivery to regional, rural and remote locations, including some areas of Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory, may take longer.
These timeframes are estimates only and depend on the delivery address, carrier network and any service disruptions. They do not include our order-processing time.
Express shipping provides a faster delivery service but does not necessarily guarantee delivery by a particular date.
Nothing in this section limits your rights if an order is not delivered within an agreed or reasonable timeframe.
We do not currently ship outside Australia.
Customers outside Australia may contact us to ask about future international delivery availability. We cannot accept or arrange an international order unless we confirm this with the customer in writing.
Every order is sent with tracking.
Tracking information may take some time to update after a parcel has been lodged with the carrier.
If your tracking has not updated for several business days or your order has passed its estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will make reasonable enquiries with the carrier and keep you informed.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address, but changes may not be possible once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. You will be responsible for the additional postage cost.
This does not apply where the delivery issue was caused by an error made by us.
Australia Post may offer an Authority to Leave or Safe Drop option for eligible deliveries.
If you select or authorise this option, you authorise the carrier to leave the parcel at the delivery address without obtaining a signature, where the carrier considers that a suitable safe location is available.
Please select a delivery address where the parcel can be left securely or received by someone in person.
If tracking shows that a parcel was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
Check around the delivery address and any nominated safe location
Check with other household members, neighbours or building management
Review any delivery photograph or notification provided by the carrier
Contact us so we can make reasonable enquiries with the carrier
Selecting Authority to Leave may affect the options available through the carrier where the carrier confirms that the parcel was delivered according to your instructions.
However, nothing in this section excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you redirect a parcel or change its delivery instructions directly through the carrier after dispatch, additional delays may occur.
We are not responsible for delays caused solely by delivery instructions or address changes made directly with the carrier. However, we will provide reasonable assistance if a delivery issue arises.
If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number.
We will investigate the delivery with the carrier. We may ask you to confirm your delivery address and complete information reasonably required by the carrier.
If the parcel is confirmed as lost or cannot be delivered within a reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide:
Your order number
A description of the damage
Clear photographs of the item and packaging, where reasonably possible
Please keep the original packaging while we investigate the issue, as the carrier may require it when reviewing a claim.
We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including:
Severe weather
Natural disasters
Carrier network disruptions
Industrial action
Public holidays
Peak shopping periods
Government restrictions
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
We will provide reasonable assistance and updates where we become aware of a significant delay.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time.
The delivery prices and policy displayed when you place your order will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
