Jadau names the setting tradition behind the look, where flat-cut stones sit pressed into the metal rather than gripped by claws. What you get is one idea repeated with patience down the length of the piece: a lotus opening in red and green, on the side panels, on the centre, and again on the roundels below it. The set is worked in an antique gold-toned finish and strung on beaded straps rather than a chain. Each side begins with short strands of faceted green-toned beads, moving into parallel rows of white pearl-look seed beads before ending in a fluted end cap and a round lotus panel.
